We love all our costumes and we take them seriously. We are strict with our terms & conditions and actions will be taken if the rental agreement is breached.
By renting our costumes, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Rental duration includes the day the costume is ready for delivery or in-store pickup and the costume is due to return.
- Rented costumes must be returned within your selected time frame. Failure to do so will result in a RM20.00 per day surcharge.
- For customers renting from other states or using delivery service; costumes must be returned/post back to us the next business day right after your event (kindly WhatsApp +6016-5577638 us the tracking number of the parcel).
- Any changes of booking is subject to a RM20.00 of administration fee.
- All cancellations of booking must be given notice at least 24 hours before delivery date. All cancellations of booking will be charged to a RM20.00 of cancellation fee.
- Costumes cannot be changed once they have left the shop premises.
- Deposit will be refunded upon return of the costumes or accessories if in good condition.
- Partymix Sdn Bhd reserves the right to decline a deposit refund if costume is damaged beyond repair.
