Cancellation, Returns, Refunds & Order Revision Policy

Cancellation

All cancelled costume rental order charge will be RM20 per costume, the remaining balance will be refunded via the original method of payment.

Returns

a. Purchase Products
Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 5 days from the date of purchase. Returns are only accepted for defected items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact. All Products will be inspected on return and is your responsibility until they reach Partymix so make sure it’s packed up properly.

Items beyond the stipulated time period are non-returnable. Several types of goods are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to hair net, stockings/pantyhose, fangs, makeup etc. Note that shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you meet the above criteria and would like to apply for a return please contact us (hyperlink contact us). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You are advised to provide a tracking number if the Products are returned via postage.

b. Rental Products
You agree to return the Products to Partymix Sdn Bhd on or before the return date for the products that are identified in the invoice for your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you plan to return the Products via postage. You are advised to provide a tracking number if the Products are returned via postage. All products will be inspected on return and is your responsibility until they reach Partymix so make sure it’s packed up properly.

You may extend your order for a Product by phone or WhatsApp to Partymix; provided that any extensions are subject to other orders for that Product and to pre-payment of the additional rental fee applicable to that Product for the period of time of the extension.

Note that if notice is given in advance for extension, then RM10 will be charged per day extra; if no notice is given then you will be charged a late fee of RM20 per item per day late fee. If you have not returned a Product within 20 days after the return date for the Product, your late return will be considered a non-return and Partymix will not refund the deposit; by default, the Products will be considered as sold.

Refunds

a. Purchase Products
Once we have received your Products, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Products. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the Products. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer (or your original method of payment). Note that shipping cost is non-refundable.

b. Rental Products
Once we have received your Products, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Products. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the Products. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer (or your original method of payment). Full deposit will be refunded upon return of the costumes or accessories if in good condition. Partymix reserves the right to decline a deposit refund if costume is damaged beyond repair.

Order Revisions

a. Changes of Product
If you wish to change your Product after 24 hours of placing an order, then a RM20 of administration fee will be charged per Product changed. Product change within 24 hours of placing order will be free of charge. Changes of Product will be limited to a maximum of 2 times subject to the availability of the Product on the requested date. Changes of Products including but not limited to size and colour.

b. Changes of Date and Delivery Address
If there are any changes to dates or delivery address, Partymix must be notified at least 48 hours before the original delivery date. Changes of Date will be limited to a maximum of 2 times subject to the availability of the Product on the requested date.
